Method
Understand how we bring your vision to life.
Four phases, one crew. Each phase ends with something you can look at and approve — a survey plan, a full-scale sample, a carved elevation, a finished patina.

Principle
Every decision is proven at full scale before it is repeated a hundred times.
Renders flatter rock. A one-square-metre sample under real daylight tells the truth about grain, joint and colour, so that is what we ask you to sign off on.
Four phases
Never subcontracted
- I
Survey & brief
We read the site, the story and the constraints before anything moves. Geology, access, drainage and crowd flow are settled on paper.
Survey plan - II
Model & mock-up
Maquettes at 1:50 and full-scale samples prove silhouette, texture and colour at arm's length before production starts.
1:50 · 1:1 - III
Build on site
Steel armature, mesh, shotcrete and hand carving by our own crews. The wet window is short, so the sculptors follow the nozzle.
Shotcrete - IV
Patina & handover
Mineral washes, lichen and dry-brush detail, then documentation and a maintenance plan that outlives the opening season.

On site
Cut by hand, then aged on purpose.
Shotcrete gives us a few hours of workable surface. In that window the sculptors set strata, fracture lines and erosion — the geology a guest reads without ever naming it.
